Will Brexit impact the free movement of horses?

It is not just human freedoms that will be impacted by Brexit.

“Usually, when it comes up in the Brexit debate, freedom of movement relates to the passage of human beings. But the racing industry fears that Britain’s withdrawal from EU may affect travel arrangements for horses with France and Republic of Ireland, potentially dealing a blow to the racing community in the UK and Ireland, industry experts and an MEP have said.” Read more.
